At a corporate event the booth is doing a job: every print that leaves the room carries your logo, and every clip that goes to a phone carries it further. Set it up properly and it is the cheapest branded takeaway at the whole event.
Branding that survives the print
We design the print template and the digital overlay to your brand — logo placement, exact colours, the event name, a sponsor lockup if there is one. Send the assets a week ahead and we proof it before the day. For a launch or an activation the LED enclosure can be programmed to your brand colour so it is in the picture, not just around it.
Trade shows and activations
On a show floor the booth is a queue generator, and a queue is what draws the next visitor. Plan the footprint against your exhibitor kit, and tell us the power you have been allocated. We set before the hall opens and strike when it closes.
Galas, holiday parties and award nights
A gala wants the booth near the bar during cocktails and open again after the programme. An awards night wants it beside the step-and-repeat so winners photograph twice. Holiday parties want it running the whole night, because the queue never really stops. We staff for whichever shape your night is.
What you get afterwards
An online gallery of every session, yours to use. If you need the images handed over in a particular format for marketing, say so at booking and we will set it up that way.

Corporate and activation pricing
Hourly, attendant included. Branded overlays and print templates are part of the booking, not an extra. Larger activations and builds are quoted to the brief.

Booths are billed by the hour, minimum two hours, and the attendant is included for the whole booking. Prices are for Miami-Dade and Broward; the Keys and long travel are quoted. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due by the event date. Nothing is charged on the website.
