School events are a volume problem. Four hundred students, a fixed schedule and a booth that has to keep moving without anyone losing their place in line. We have run booths at proms, homecomings and pep rallies across Miami-Dade and Broward, and the difference is entirely in how the queue is handled.
Built for the line
An attendant runs the queue for the whole booking — groups in, groups out, props reset, prints handed over. Sessions are unlimited, so students come back. The 360 booth moves a crowd fastest and gives them something to post; the open-air booth fits a group of ten and prints on the night.
What schools ask us first
Content is supervised — the attendant is watching every session, and props are chosen for a school audience. Setup happens before doors, strike happens after the last student leaves, and our crew works to whatever the administration sets. We carry insurance and can provide a certificate for your district paperwork; ask at the enquiry stage and we will send it with the quote.
Working with the schedule
Give us the run of show and the room. A gym behaves differently from a hotel ballroom, and a pep rally is a different problem from a prom. We will tell you where the booth should stand so it does not block a fire exit or the food line.

Hourly with an attendant running the queue. We invoice against a PO and can provide a certificate of insurance naming your district.

Booths are billed by the hour, minimum two hours, and the attendant is included for the whole booking. Prices are for Miami-Dade and Broward; the Keys and long travel are quoted. A 50% deposit holds the date and the balance is due by the event date. Nothing is charged on the website.
